Main Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing the functions of each department of the store
• Formulating plan of action and ensuring that the store works as per the rules
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and the merchandise is stocked attractively
• Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the service
• In times of disputes, stepping in and solving the problem
• In times of accidents in the store, taking charge of the situation
• Formulate ways to increase the profits of the store
• Oversee the performance of employees

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelor’s degree, in retailing, business management, sales or other related field of study.
• A good knowledge of mathematics and accounting principles
• Good management and leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to lend good customer service
• Ability to make decisions and plan implementation
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently
• Good analytical and observation skills
• Must be well organized
