Main Responsibility:

1. Ensures the proper coordination among all departments of the company in the development, design and implementation of construction projects from inception until completion and consequent handover.
2. Ensures the timely formation and efficient control and management of a Project Management, Design, Quantity Surveying and Construction Team by establishing Project Procedural Guidelines and Policies or imposing those policies which had already been established by the company.
3. Ensures that the design and construction works are carried out in the highest level of quality, following commitments to clients, based on contractual obligations, on-time delivery, in a safe manner and within the approved budget.

Job Requirement:

1. At least twenty (20) years of continuous experience in the Management of Building Design and Construction.
2. Has been directly involved from the start until completion of the design, construction and handover of at least four (4) high-rise buildings (at least 40 stories high or at least 150,000 square meters of built area) as Project Director/Construction Director.
3. Must be proficient in the use of Computer, MS Office and Project Scheduling software.
4. Master in either Construction Management, Architecture, Civil or Structure or M&E.
