I. PURPOSE 

• Responsible for development and strengthen marketing strategies to meet develop objectives of the Bitexco Financial Tower (BFT).
• Assess the customer, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed. Monitoring all communication activities, advertising and promotions, events.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

Main jobs

1. Strategic business planning and marketing of the company, including the specific activities and CRM. 
2. Establish Marketing Budget, and submit to the BOD of Bitexco for approval, is responsible for expenditure within the approved budget.
3. Construct plans, solutions and implementation of policy objectives for the company's business activity and marketing.
4. Responsible for operating and managing all marketing activities efficiently to drive in more customers and bring in more revenue for the BFT.
5. Develop policies related to clients to improve the quality of the BFT and business process and submit to the BOD of Bitexco for approval.
6. Identify shopper requirements and collect opinions from shoppers regarding the products and services of the BFT Retail Podium to provide the best services for shoppers.
7. In charge of the marketing department and supervision of all marketing staff in this department.
8. Identify good advertising location in and around BFT Retail Podium for good advertising dollar as revenue.
9. To take charge of the casual leasing of the Office and the Retail Podium.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 7 years of working experience in marketing field.
• University graduated major in Marketing & related field.
• Strong understanding of and experience in key marketing communications activities.
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good management and leadership skills.
• High teamwork spirit, optimistic, ready to work under pressure and high expectation from the high up management.
• High energy skills, persistent and business oriented.
