Main Responsibility:

1. Ensures the establishment and maintenance of a Company Cost Data Bank.
2. Ensures the proper coordination with the Finance & Accounting departments of the company in the preparation of the Project Feasibility Studies and Project Contracting Scheme and Procurement Plan.
3. Ensures that contractual obligations of the Consultants and Contractors are met and enforced.
4. Ensures the timely preparation of a project cost plan and the monthly update of the Project Cost Reports.
5. Ensures that all claims on cost, time and insurance are executed based on contractual obligations and within the approved budget.

Job Requirement:

1. At least twelve (12) years of continuous experience in the Management of Building Design and Construction.
2. Has been directly involved from the start until completion of the design, construction and handover of at least three (3) high-rise buildings (at least 30 stories high or at least 90,000 square meters of built area) as Project Manager/Construction Manager/Commercial Manager.
3. Must be proficient in the use of Computer, MS Office and Project Scheduling software.
4. At least a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in either Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil or Structural or M&E Engineering.
